What to expect?

Whether you’re a local business or a young adult, Goodwill pairs you with a job coach to assist with the employment process, provide support, and develop training opportunities. Our job coaches work as a liaison between the students and the local business community who form the foundation of our internship programs. In addition to career development, students will grow their social skills, gain hands-on work experience, understand employment pathways, build professional networks and learn to manage their own budget.
