Our goal is to build the talent pipeline for our local economy by connecting young adults with education and career pathways that prepare them for workplace success.

What to expect?

Whether you’re a local business or a young adult, Goodwill pairs you with a job coach to assist with the employment process, provide support, and develop training opportunities. Our job coaches work as a liaison between the students and the local business community who form the foundation of our internship programs. In addition to career development, students will grow their social skills, gain hands-on work experience, understand employment pathways, build professional networks and learn to manage their own budget.
